This real-time tracking service allows us to greatly increase efficiency in our day-to-day work flow, accurately track tenant requests and be more responsive to tenants.
Avison Young 24 Hour Emergency Response Line
Avison Young has a 24 Hour Emergency Response Line that tenants can use for any after hours or weekend emergencies.
The after-hours staff will contact the Building Operator, Assistant Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in order that emergencies can be dealt with expeditiously.
